E-glass Woven roving is a bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving in plain weave pattern and adopted for glass fiber reinforced plastic products.
E-glass Woven Roving is not twisted and therefore wets out easily. Compatible with many resin systems such as polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins, E-fiberglass woven roving is a high-performance reinforced material, widely used in hand lay up and robot processes for the production of boats, fiberglass pipes, containers and sports equipment.E-glass Woven Roving is not twisted and therefore wets out easily.
Product Features
1. Evenly thickness and structural consistency 2. Easy impregnation 3. Easy shape adaptation 4. Excellent mechanical properties
Application
Woven roving is often used in conjunction with chopped strand mat to add bulk and increase stiffness to boats, automobiles and storage tanks.
It is a high-performance reinforcement and widely applied to moulding products with hand lay up, molding and pultrusion for production of boats, aeroplane and automobile parts, furniture, sport facilities, railway vehicle, construction structural material and other FRP products.
